Shipping Policy:

- The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and will be charged for any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information.
Return Policy:
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team and must include a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
- Products must be in new and unused condition, and all original packaging and materials must be included.
- Custom and special orders are non-returnable.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund or exchange, at the customer's discretion.
